Returns

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customized or altered items (e.g., wigs that have been cut, colored, or styled) are non-returnable.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can return the original item and place a new order for your preferred product.
