At Touched By Tiwa, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return and refund guidelines carefully:

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customized or altered items (e.g., wigs that have been cut, colored, or styled) are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email touchedbytiwa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

• Approved Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can return the original item and place a new order for your preferred product.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Final sale items
• Used or altered products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at touchedbytiwa@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Orders are processed within 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For custom or pre-ordered wigs, processing may take up to 9-14 business days, depending on the customization requested.

Shipping Costs

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at touchedbytiwa@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
